Day 1: Sacred Valley Tour - Cusco - Pisac - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes

• The tour begins with the pick up of the tourist at his hotel in the historic center of Cusco. On board of a comfortable tourist minivan we will go to the impressive archaeological site of Pisac. During the trip you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and learn more about the Andean culture.
• We continue to the charming city of Urubamba, where you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at the prestigious Tunupa Restaurant. After recharging your batteries, we will continue our journey to Ollantaytambo, where you will have the opportunity to explore its amazing archaeological site.
• At approximately 3:45 pm you will go to the train station in Ollantaytambo to board Inca Rail's The Voyager train to the city of Aguas Calientes. The train departs at 4:36 pm, ensuring you a comfortable and safe journey. 

Accommodation in Aguas Calientes

• Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will be greeted by a member of our staff who will accompany you to the hotel of your choice for the night. All available hotels are located in the city center and are within walking distance. We offer a variety of accommodations ranging from standard two star hotels to recommended three and four star hotels.
• Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will receive a brief orientation from our tour guide and then have free time to enjoy dinner on your own. You will spend the night at your chosen hotel and prepare for your visit to Machu Picchu the following day. 

Day 2: From Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu

• The second day starts with an early breakfast at your hotel. Afterwards, you will walk a short distance to the bus station in Aguas Calientes, where you will take a short bus ride to the entrance gate of the archaeological site of Machu Picchu. These buses are spacious and comfortable, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
• Upon arrival at the entrance gate of Machu Picchu, you will enter the archaeological site with the group of tourists and the tour guide. During the tour you will explore the most important Inca constructions such as the Temple of the Sun, the Main Temple, the Temple of the Three Windows, the Intihuatana, the Sacred Rock, the Temple of the Condor, among others. You will also have the opportunity to take photos in the area of the Guardian's House with Machu Picchu in the background.
• In total, you will spend at least two hours exploring Machu Picchu. Finally, you will leave the site with your guide. 

Return to Cusco

• At the appointed time, the group will meet at the train station to return to Ollantaytambo. Before departure, you will have free time to have lunch in the city of Aguas Calientes. Once in Ollantaytambo, you will be taken back to the city of Cusco in a tourist minivan around 8:00 pm.
• The return trip can also be made on the expedition train, with the option of taking the Vistadome train. In Ollantaytambo, you will be transferred to the minivan that will take you back to the city of Cusco, ending this fascinating tour.
