• The tour starts with a pick up from your accommodation in Cusco at 08:30 am. From there we will head south to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Andes.

• Our first stop will be in Huasao, a small picturesque village. Here we will have the opportunity to learn about the ancestral tradition of traditional medicine. We will visit a local healer and learn about the medicinal plants used in the region.

• Afterwards, we will arrive at the archaeological center of Tipon, an Inca ceremonial site of great importance. Here you will see how the ancient Incas controlled the flow of water from the high peaks of the Pachatusan Hill to the lowlands of the valley through an ingenious system of stone canals.

• We will continue our tour to the archaeological complex of Pikillacta, whose name means "city of fleas". This ancient walled citadel belonged to the Wari Empire and was one of the most important regional centers of the Wari culture during its expansion towards the city of Cusco.

• To end the day, we will visit the beautiful church of Andahuaylillas, a true colonial jewel. Known as the Sistine Chapel of the Americas, its interior houses an impressive collection of gilded canvases, murals, and baroque altarpieces.
