The tour begins with the pick up of passengers from their respective hotels, usually between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm.

1. Qoricancha Temple and Santo Domingo Monastery: An important religious center of the Inca Empire. Qoricancha was covered with gold and silver before the arrival of the Spanish, who built the Santo Domingo Convent there. The two buildings coexist as a symbol of cultural syncretism.
2. Sacsayhuaman: Another emblematic site to visit. Here you can see stones up to 9 meters high and weighing more than 120 tons, fitted together with amazing precision. This place was the scene of fierce battles between the Incas and the Spanish. Every year on June 24th the famous Inti Raymi or Festival of the Sun is celebrated here.
3. Qenqo: The archaeological site of Qenqo is located 1 kilometer from Sacsayhuaman. It was an Inca ceremonial center dedicated to Mother Earth, and its main attraction is its underground labyrinths. The word "Qenqo" means "labyrinth" in the Quechua language.
4. Puca Pucara: Known as the "Red Fortress" because of the pigmentation of some of its stones and the reddish hue it takes on at sunset. It is believed that this site served as a military post and resting place for the Inca troops.
5. Tambomachay: Finally, we will visit Tambomachay, one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in the city. This site is located 400 meters from Puca Pucara and is dedicated to the worship of water. The site has canals, aqueducts and waterfalls fed by springs.
